At The Barn, everything starts with the ingredients. We work with local farmers and traditional butchers, mainly from the nearby Groene Hart, to ensure that every piece of meat and every slice of cheese we serve is of the highest quality and traceable in origin.
Our meat is prepared using American-style techniques. Thanks to our imported Yoder Smoker and professional broiler, our chefs can bring out rich, deep flavors that make every dish memorable.
